Steve has nearly 20 years of combined legal, government, military, and political experience.  Steve worked in the Ohio Senate and Ohio House of Representatives, where he was the  Deputy Chief Legal Counsel to the Speaker.  Cuckler served as City Councilman and Vice-Mayor of the City of Delaware.  He serve as Chairman of the Delaware County Republican Party Executive Committee.  He served as Director of Law and Government Affairs for Adelphia Communications and Manager of Government Relations for Time Warner Cable.  Cuckler has been an advisor on numerous Republican and issue campaigns.

Steve was recently honored in the Columbus Business First “Forty under 40″ class of 2013. The forty honorees, all under the age of 40, are judged on outstanding career achievements and community service impact. In 2010, he returned from a one year deployment as Chief of Military Justice, Joint Task Force Guantanamo, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Cuckler is a US Army Veteran, and current Major in the United States Army Reserve, where he serves as Team Leader for the 9th LOD in Whitehall, Ohio.

He is a member of Lifepoint Church, Paramuthia and Hiram Masonic Lodges, Veterans of Foreign Wars, First Families of Athens County, and a member of the Ohio, Columbus, and Delaware County Bar Associations.  Cuckler attended The Ohio State University and Capital University Law School.  He was admitted to the practice of law in 2002.  Cuckler resides in Powell, Ohio with his wife, Marjan and two children, Liberty and Lincoln. He focuses his practice on land use, zoning, economic development, elections law, and lobbying at the local government, legislative, and executive agency levels.

Since starting his practice in 2002, Mr. Rishel has helped businesses obtain and maintain more than $30 million in government financial incentives for expansion and relocation projects in Central Ohio.

In September of this year, Columbus Business First featured Rob in its “20 People to Know in Law” section. As Managing Partner, Mr. Rishel keeps the firm focused and on-track, making him an essential part of the Central Ohio legal community.

His government and professional experience includes membership on the Westerville Board of Zoning Appeals, service as Village Solicitor of South Bloomfield, Ohio, and membership in the Ohio Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association and the Westerville Bar Association.

The City of Columbus Public Utilities Complex was recently dedicated to honor Buck for his service as the city’s 50th Mayor. Current Mayor Michael Coleman performed the dedication.

Mr. Rinehart’s government and professional experience also included membership on President Reagan’s Board of Advisors on Private Sector Incentives, President Bush’s Advisory Board of the U.S. Export-Import Bank and the Board of Directors of the National League of Cities. He had more than 30 years of private practice experience, representing clients in government contracting, real estate transactions, government financing, government regulation and political consulting.
